You may not know who Dallas-based AdverTickets is, but you’ve no doubt seen their work. They’re the group responsible for the ads you see on valet tickets. To promote the new season of Entourage starting Sunday night, AdverTickets made 369,000 valet tickets featuring all the major dudes on the show. How odd it must have been for Kevin Connolly (“Eric”) to get a valet stub with his own likeness on it, as happened recently according to the AdverTickets tout who e-mailed me.
Entourage is all well and good. But television fans with taste are more eagerly awaiting the third season of Deadwood. That show, which also starts up again on Sunday, is scary good. And, yes, I know it’s cancelled.
