MY NEW FAVORITE OBSERVER COLUMN

|

I love Ask a Mexican. It’s the best thing to come from the Village Voice-New Times merger. This week, someone asks about Mexicans’ fascination with dwarves, and Gustavo Arellano does not snark it up–which he normally does, and is great at–but instead gives a history lesson on Mayans associating little people with rain gods.

A great read.
