Downtown Dallas (formerly the Central Dallas Association) has announced its lineup of free concerts. They start Friday. The announcement begins:

Step out of your office for a breath of fresh air on Fridays, and enjoy the 2006 season of the AT&T Out to Lunch concert series, presented by DOWNTOWNDALLAS!

Um, except that in its State of the Air Report, the American Lung Assocation gave DFW an “F” last week. IJS.
