Investor’s Business Daily has this story about the flurry of development activity downtown, going so far as to say, “no community has done better at reinventing itself than Dallas.” Hmm. Let’s wait a few years before we make that claim, shall we? Also, isn’t the Magnolia already in operation? I thought so. And yet:
