CELEBRITY SIGHTING: TIM DUNCAN

|

From the field:

A reliable source just met Tim Duncan and Bruce Bowen at the new Pei Wei at McKinney and Thomas. They are staying at the Crescent and aren’t supposed to leave their rooms, but the food is not to their liking. He reports they are “very cool.” And, I suspect, they are very tall.

Unfortunately, this source (my best friend’s husband) is Spurs fan, so he didn’t kick Tim Duncan in his plantar fasciitis foot.

Update: Apparently Duncan and Bowen weren’t the only Spurs in Uptown. From another FBvian:

Just returned from lunch. Wanted to report that I saw Robert Horry walking around Uptown, on his cell phone, presumably on his way back to the Crescent. The man is large.
