BACK FROM THE ORIENT

Thanks, Rod, for outing my reappearance. While my body is officially back in the office, my head and stomach are lagging behind somewhere in the South China Sea. I’ve just completed a culinary tour of Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore. If you were to cut my wrists, I’d bleed green curry. In brief: My favorite stop. My best meal. The best cooking class. My last night. And, I’m not kidding.
