JUDGE LAURIE BLAKE IS A CRAPPY JUDGE

|

In January, the print version of FrontBurner named 336th State District Judge Laurie Blake as the Worst Judge for Cruel and Unusual Punishment, forbidding a drug offender from having sex. Blake has made many enemies with her rulings, perhaps causing cruel and unusual use of a colostomy bag. A criminal mischief investigation is under way. After the jump, a plea from an elderly couple unable to get legal representation because of Judge Blake’s reputation.

Your web site came up on the internet today in Judge Blake’s column. We are in a mess in Fannin County. I am attaching a news story from a reporter on our case.

At the end of the report you will see our trial on March 22nd. This did not happen. Judge Hall signed off the case to district court judge Blake. Our attorney quit us when he found out that we were in Judge Blake’s court. We have called at least 15 attorneys and no one wants to represent us because of Judge Blake. We have found a few that will represent us for $25,000.00 for a class “B” misdemeanor.

Do you have any suggestions. We are senior citizens that have never had a traffic ticket much less been arrested. Richard Glaser is an out of control DA and has done this to other couples like us.

We are 62 years old, college educated and have reared 4 children that are also educated and hard working citizens. We have lost our civil rights. We cannot collect our debt from these people because we are up on criminal charges. These builders have done this to 25 other homeowners.

If you have any suggestions we would really appreciate hearing from you.
