TORT REFORM: TO THE BARRICADES!

In its November issue, Texas Monthly published a critique of tort reform by Mimi Swartz, with a conclusion we found, shall we say, revealing. Now The Quorum Report alerts us that Texans for Lawsuit Reform has published an 18-page rebuttal. Texas Monthly has, in turn, mounted a ringing defense of the article online. (I will link it when someone at TM tells me how to find it on its site.)
