HUH? DOUBLE HUH?

What does Don Hill mean when he says of Laura Miller, “She’s not focused on leading a consensus. She’s focused on being right?” I assume he means Miller would rather win an argument than build partnerships.

But what of these partnerships, this “consensus”? Is this the same consensus currently under FBI investigation? If so, what does Hill’s “right” mean then? Does it decribe Miller’s principled stands or her argumentative scores? Is Hill telling us more than he’d hoped to? Am I reading too much into this?
