WHEN MICO SPEAKS, I LISTEN

|

Allisonette #4 invited Mico to speak to her 8th grade class at HP Middle School this morning, and I tagged along for the chance to hear him. I love hearing Mico talk about business. I learn something new every time. (Today, among other things, I learned that 10 million tortillos are sold in Dallas every year.) Mico started Mi Cocina in 1991 with 9 employees at his first store in Preston Forest. Today he has 24 stores and employs 1,200 people.
