A law-practicing FrontBurnervian Foodie shares this tidbit about the new slant the New York Post is taking on restaurant coverage. This from Partyline, a weekly roundup of media happenings:
The New York Post‘s food critic, Steve Cuozzo is changing the way he provides information on restaurants. Instead of writing one review about a restaurant, that might conceivably close in the foreseeable future, he will cover a group of places and mention what is happening in the kitchen, new chefs, and interesting information about the food that is served there.
But what if the food isn’t interesting? Methinks the food writing business is headed down the drain.
