We know where they get their beds. Thanks to Mattress Giant for helping out (“Oooooh, aaaaahhhhh!”). But where’d they get their sweet TVs?
Last night on the news, they were following a family into their new apartment. The furnishings were new and free. The reporter pointed out the gi-normous flat-screen TV that the family got. My Fair Lady remarks, “What the heck do they need a flat screen for? Where’d that come from? Is that the best use of money?”
I presume the TVs, like the mattresses, were donated. But why flat screens? I dunno.
