DALLAS LAWYER TAKES ON THE INTERNET

Okay, not the entire Internet. Just Google, Yahoo!, America Online, Ask Jeeves, Netscape, Lycos, Time Warner, and a few others. Dallas lawyer Joel Fineberg, along with John Goodson filed a class-action suit against those guys, alleging “click fraud.” The federal appeals court just kicked it back down to the state level.
