BUBBLE IN THE BUBBLE?

|

Realtor Jane Idzi has compiled the numbers from MLS and come up with this comparison year-to-year so far in Highland Park: 113 houses were sold through July 2005 compared to 139 through July 2004. The average sales price has been $1,446,916 this year vs. $1,051,579 last year. That’s an average increase of 27 percent.

With numbers like that, why would anyone invest in the stock market?
