TWO ITEMS OF NOTE FROM THE BIG HAROLD’S SALE AT FAIR PARK OVER THE WEEKEND

|

1. I picked up a sweet two-button charcoal suit with a gold windowpane pattern. Regular price was $695. I got it for $99.

2. It’s true. Southwest Airlines is winning the PR battle. While American is going around bullying small-town mayors, telling them they better support Wright or they’ll lose service from American Eagle, Southwest is setting up “Repeal Wright” booths at clearance sales–and getting people to stop and talk to them. As I was paying for my suit, the Southwest booth (the only booth at the sale) was doing a brisk business.
