The recess is over, and the City Council will hold its first briefing tomorrow. What’s at the top of the agenda? “Proposed Amendments to the Dallas City Charter Amendments.” That’s right, folks–the less-strong-mayor debate is back.
And this is just a shot in the dark, but something tells me that Don Hill is not looking forward to tomorrow.
