Ok, so I am on a mad hunt for a pair of roller skates from the 70’s. You know, the sneaker style that had colored wheels or even just the plain brown or white ones. I need a pair for a photo shoot I am styling for a D Home article. Anyone know where I can get some? I have been to almost all of the vintage shops in Dallas but have had no success. Ebay can’t get them to me by tomorrow (as our shoot takes place Friday AM). None of the roller rinks that are in close proximity are returning my phone calls. First person who contacts me with a good lead or has some skates we can borrow in a women’s size 9+ gets a special treat from my “stash”.
