At 9:08 yesterday morning, you posted an e-mail from someone representing to have a friend within the Boston Bruins organization. Said friend was reporting that Modano’s signing with the Bruins was a done deal.
As the day unfolded, the Modano rumors began to circulate across the sports talk radio airwaves and on to print media websites. By the end of the day, Modano had agreed in principle to a 5-year deal with the Stars. Could FB be responsible for accelerating negotiations between Mo and the Stars? Is this a coincidence? How could you possibly think so?
Probably just a coincidence, but I’m willing to take all of the credit. A pair of seats on the glass would suffice as a display of appreciation.
