Yesterday, I posted an unfounded rumor about Mark Cuban buying land by the Greyhound Station. I was right. But I was wrong. Turns out Cuban did invest in some real estate, but it’s the Greyhound property on Lamar, not the area by the bus station. Nope. Cuban’s plot is across the street from Gilley’s in the ever-broadening entertainment district around SouthSide. No word yet on plans for the property. Developing.
