Well, it’s official. Colonial BancGroup, Inc., is going into the former John’s location. It appears that they are trying to soften the neighbors, who appear to be mostly opposed to the new neighbor (for no other reason than the teardown of the building and the eviction of John’s Cafe), by handing out candy and information packets. Such a shame that this bank cannot make due w/ the current structure.
