While in San Diego, I took a gander at a newspaper there. I found News > North County — Escondido rated No. 11 conservative city in U.S.” href=”http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/northcounty/20050812-9999-7m12escon.html”>this story about a nonpartisan group’s rankings of the most conservative large cities in the country.
