There’s still a lot of talk about Brandon Jackson, the kid charged with six counts of aggravated robbery who is wearing an ankle monitor to football practice. Should he play? Shouldn’t he? Blah, blah, blah.
It’s all moot. His trial is October 17. He’ll wear the ankle monitor until then. But the season starts in just a few weeks. Unless I’m wrong, you can’t play football while wearing an ankle monitor. Just like you couldn’t play wearing a wristwatch.
