There are two stories in the paper today that suggest Lancaster has a little water on the brain. First, meet football player Brandon Jackson. He admitted to taking part in a robbery at gunpoint. He’s wearing an ankle monitor to football practice. He’s playing football. Then read about the 750 kids who were suspended for not doing their summer homework (which technically isn’t due yet). The suspension was put on hold, and they were given an extension on their homework. But still. IJS.
