BACK IN THE SADDLE AGAIN

|

It looks like a deal has been reached between “Cowboy Cook” Grady Spears (Reata, Chisholm Club, Nutt House) and the property owners of 9904 Camp Bowie West in Fort Worth. No date set for the restaurant opening but the menu will feature “foods commonly found in any rural Texas market or ranch house.” (Hope that doesn’t include flattened armadillo.) Details to follow.
