DON’T JUDGE ME

|

The Dallas Bar Association released its biennial survey of judges today (enter “2005” for the poll year to see all of the results).

That’s good news if you’re Justice Mark Whittington of the Fifth District Court of Appeals. He scored a 91% approval rating.

But it’s not so good if you’re Judge Sally Montgomery, of the county civil court (that’s her in the middle, in case you couldn’t guess). The only Democrat to be elected countywide in 2002, she received an approval rating of 35%.

But take heart, judge. Things could be worse.
