At Franki’s Li’l Europe. Franki Kovacic has left the building. He’s back in his homeland of Slovenia and long-time manager Jake Batt is buying the business. Don’t freak–he’s keeping the popular Eastern European fare–but he’s slapping on a new coat of paint and updating the menu. Former Franki’s chef Ubelio Zamora has returned to the fold and promises to keep the integrity and spirit of the restaurant.
