Long story short, those mystery cars that Hill and Lee have been driving were provided by a used car dealer who also works as a housing developer who just happens to be under the FBI’s microscope as well.
I’m not an expert on these things, but under the right conditions, offering those cars could appear to fall under the heading of–oh, what’s the word?–bribery.
