PIMPING AND GRINNING AND BEARING IT

A Friend of FrontBurner apparently had a slow Saturday afternoon:

Finally, I saw Angie Barrett’s show on Channel 8, thanks solely to your FB post about “pimping Bill’s van.” Let me get this straight. Bill owns that old van and Angie put it on the street and called HP Police to report it “abandoned”? The episode went on to show the officer writing multiple citations for the van on different days. I have two questions. 1) Does the HP Police Department not check to see who owns vehicles before determining they are abandoned? And 2) Isn’t what Angie’s doing illegal? You know, like making a false statement to police?

I don’t know. But that Bill, he’s a lucky man.
