You may have heard already about the FBI’s investigation of Don Hill and James Fantroy. As the DMN says, the FBI haven’t been too chatty about what they’re investigating, but “[a] copy of one search warrant indicated the search was for materials related to allegations of bribery, contraband, money laundering, wire fraud or conspiracy to commit those offenses.” That sentence isn’t the best one in the story, though. The real gem comes later:
When told that a shotgun had been removed from his son’s sport utility vehicle, [Fantroy] raised his eyebrows.
Not quite country-and-Western-worthy, but still pretty good.
