If you watched the news on WFAA after the Spurs-Pistons game, you might have been surprised to learn that the station led with this story about a single vice cop who is under investigation for, ahem, going too far while on duty. Of course, that allowed video of “spas” and bathhouses and the neon-red letters “XXX.” Good stuff to lead with I suppose–unless, of course, you’ve got a story to report about FBI agents tearing up the offices of Dallas officials in what could turn out to be the biggest corruption case in recent memory.
