I don’t mean to tell you how to do your job, but if you’re driving an inmate in an SUV from the hospital back to the pokey, you may want to handcuff the guy in such a way that he doesn’t use his restraint chains to choke the driver, take the wheel, and head back to his hometown. Just a thought.
