A legal-minded FrontBurnervian passes along news that Randal Wardle is suing the government. Again. Here’s the case filing:
Randal Wardle v. George W. Bush, President of the United State of America. 5/13/2005 05-4560-L Declaratory action where the plaintiff demands payment to prevent the “seven last plagues from coming, which includes the Battle of Armageddon.” Amongst other things, the plaintiff demands over $50 million, two giant pearls, a Stradivarius violin collection and a stuffed snow leopard.
