Whether it's vegan cheese or a low-carb crust, pizza can be something almost everyone can indulge in no matter your dietary needs.

Pizza is delicious, but a classic cheese and pepperoni pizza doesn’t always conform to allergies or diets. Luckily for Dallas, there are enough pizza joints that cater to specialty diets like vegan, gluten-free, and keto. (Dairy-free folks can also latch onto the vegan options for a cheese substitute.)

So if it’s a lifestyle or health-conscious choice, here’s where you can find a slice you can still eat.

Vegan Pizza

Cane Rosso

Sub in vegan cheese and plant-based sausage for any of the pizzas, like the margherita, or build your own with a variety of veggies toppings. Multiple locations.

Greenville Avenue Pizza Company

The Vegan, under the restaurant’s Pizza Slayer menu, has marinara, grilled eggplant, spinach, artichokes, green olives, garlic, and oregano. 1923 Greenville Ave.

Old Hag’s Pizza and Pasta

An entire vegan section of the menu includes vegan cheese, pepperoni, ground beef, and Italian sausage. The vegan “meathaters” pizza includes all of those plus mushrooms on a vegan crust. Butter is not added to crust to ensure the entire pie is vegan. The vegan menu is available at both Dallas and Lewisville locations. 1315 W. Davis St.; 359 Lake Park Rd., Ste. 132, Lewisville.

Partenope Ristorante

For all its pizza options, Partenope can replace its cheese with vegan cheese. There aren’t any vegan-friendly protein options, but there are plenty of vegetarian toppings that can be added to a vegan pie. 1903 Main St.

Sixty Vines

The broccolini and potato pizza is vegan and gluten-free, with toppings like roasted broccolini, crushed potato, Calabrian chilies, tomato, rosemary, and cashew cheese on a cauliflower crust. $20. 500 Crescent Ct., Ste. 160; 3701 Dallas Pkwy., Plano.

World Party Pizza Co.

Everything on the menu from pizza pies to dessert is vegan, so you can have your choice of an entirely vegan meal from Richardson restaurant. The pizzas have vegan and nut-free cheese, meatless protein options, and housemade sauce. Take-out and delivery only. 1930 N. Coit Rd. Ste. 104, Richardson.

ZaLat Pizza

Vegan cheese can be substituted on any pizza for $4.99. And we checked: the infamous Reaper Roulette is also vegan. Insanely spicy and specialty diet-friendly! Multiple locations.

Zoli’s NY Pizza

There aren’t any vegan pizzas available on the menu, but Daiya vegan cheese can be substituted in for the pies. You can also build your own with the vegan cheese and veggie toppings. 14910 Midway Rd., Addison; 3501 Hulen St., Fort Worth.

Gluten-Free Pizza

Gluten-free pizzas usually come down to a pie with a gluten-free crust, so here’s a list of Dallas pizza joints that offer them and how much the substitution costs.

Cane Rosso Gluten-free crust. $4. Multiple locations.

Campisi’s Gluten-free crust. $3 for small pizzas only. Multiple locations.

Coal Vines Pizza and Wine Bar Gluten-free crust. $2.50. 1251 E. Southlake Blvd., Ste. 301., Southlake.

Eno’s Pizza Tavern Gluten-free crust. $6.50. Multiple locations.

Fireside Pies Gluten-free and cauliflower crust. $4. Multiple locations.

Louie’s Gluten-free crust. Starting at $14 to build your own pizza. 1839 N. Henderson Ave.

Mimi’s Pizzeria Gluten-free crust. $2. 6807 W. Northwest Hwy.

My Family’s Pizza Gluten-free crust. $2 for small pizzas only. 1915 Skillman St.

Partenope Ristorante Gluten-free crust. $4. 1903 Main St.

Pie Tap Pizza Workshop and Bar Gluten-free crust. $4. Multiple locations.

Pizzana Gluten-free crust. $5. 3219 Knox St.

Russo’s New York Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen Gluten-free crust. Starting at $17.95 for a build-your-own pizza. 700 E Campbell Rd., Ste. 100, Richardson.

Thunderbird Pies Gluten-free crust. Extra $2 for small pizzas. 7328 Gaston Ave. Ste. 110.

Keto or Low-Carb Pizza

A keto diet limits bread, milk, butter, sugar, and potatoes and replaces them with meat, veggies, and healthy fats. Keto pizza starts with a low-carb crust such as cauliflower. The toppings, which can take the form of cheese and anything that falls under meat and veggies, can be loaded on top to help those following the low-carb diet. Since most toppings are pretty standard at pizza joints across the board, here’s a list of where you can find the keto-friendly pizza base.

Blaze Keto pizza includes a gluten-free crust, spicy red sauce, mozzarella, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, and spinach. The protein pizza includes a gluten-free crust, red sauce, mozzarella, Italian meatballs, smoked ham, grilled chicken, black olives, green bell peppers, and oregano. $19.95 each. Multiple locations.

Greenville Avenue Pizza Company Cauliflower crust. Starting at $15 to build your own 12-inch pizza. 1923 Greenville Ave.

Fireside Pies Gluten-free and cauliflower crust. $4. Multiple locations.

Papa Murphy’s Crustless pizza with various keto-friendly toppings. Prices vary. Multiple locations.

South Polk Pizzeria Cauliflower crust. $3.99. 3939 S. Polk St., Ste. 527.

Yonkers Pizza Company Cauliflower crust. No extra charge. 8421 Westchester Dr.
