I received an email from One90 Smoked Meats today, because I left them off of my butcher list. They want you to know that they are another alternative to the grocery store. Owner Kyle St. Clair has been smoking everything from chicken, pork, and brisket to salmon, turkey, ham, and cheese on a daily basis. His vacuum-sealed process means that meats can be easily frozen or will last for a month in the fridge. Ready to eat it now? Simply place the bag in boiling water for 10 minutes, and dinner is done.
They are closed on Mondays, but are open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. They are offering curbside pick-up and delivery. Order your Easter ham or Passover brisket now.
