Thanksgiving brunch: “We have all of the classics, including chicken-fried turkey and cornbread waffles, whole roasted turkey, cornbread stuffing, apple and sausage dressing, roasted acorn squash, raw bar and hand-rolled sushi, poke station, hand-carved meats, custom omelets, bourbon bananas foster French toast, eggs Benedict as well as a kid-themed buffet. There is an entire room dedicated just to desserts that includes a liquid nitrogen ice cream bar and caramel-dipped apple station. Guests can hydrate at the bubbly bar or caffeination station.

An all-you-can-eat “buffet full of Mexican flare and flavors”: “Guests can enjoy Sandoval’s spin on favorites, including a turkey carving station, vegetarian and chorizo stuffings, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, Brussels sprouts, butternut squash au gratin, a las brasa gravy, and churros. Additionally, guests can enjoy spiced nuts and deviled eggs and freshly-made rolls with rosemary butter at the table.”

Children 6 and under eat for free, children ages 7 to 15 eat for $15, and adults 16 and up for $35.
