A 20,000-square-foot entertainment center from BoomerJack’s Founder Brent Tipps is opening in Addison this August. The place is called Sidecar Social.
There are 18-foot TVs. There is a tree-shaded patio. Games here are free. There’s an eight-person foosball table, ping-pong room, bocce ball, shuffleboard, pop-a-shot, corn hole, and darts. There’s live entertainment on the weekends. There is a kitchen serving grilled cauliflower steak, charred corn guacamole, and smoked burnt end nachos. There are daily drink specials like $5 craft cocktails on Tuesdays, $5 martinis on Wednesdays, half-price wine and happy hour drinks from open until 6 p.m. on weekdays. There are private karaoke rooms.
“We all want a place to go to hang out, relax, and connect with our friends and new people,” says Tipps in a statement. “Everything about Sidecar Social is designed around that. From shareable plates to free games, we built a place you can bring a friend to and go from dinner and drinks to games and music.”
Party. Hardy.
Sidecar Social opens August 19 and is located at 5100 Belt Line Rd., Ste. 401
