Salaryman is Doing a Mock Service

Update: it appears that all of the spots have been snagged. But we’ll keep you posted on an opening date and more information in the coming week.

The new ramen shop from Justin Holt will open soon. Very soon. In the meantime, according to this Instagram post, they’re seeking hungry guinea pigs to test their menu. No, not real guinea pigs. People. Guinea pig is a metaphor for test subjects. Or is it an analogy? Ugh. Never mind.

The point of this blog post:

If you’re one of the first 45 people to slide into their DMs, you can book a dinner reservation this Saturday between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Salaryman is located at 400 Melba St. in Oak Cliff.
