PISTACHIO GANACHE // Funny, not so funny story about this one. I spent 3 hours de-skinning pistachios for a macaron order to make pistachio paste then it was so good I had to make it into a donut too. Now I’ll prob be spending 3 hrs a week getting the skin off of pistachios 😩 So hard but so worth.

📍 The "Over the Rainbow" donut from @wowdonutsanddrips in Plano . Baby boy just turned 4 months old, and it's still crazy to me how fast that's happened! It's not as easy for me to stay active on Instagram, but not for any lack of cute foods in DFW! I still have plenty of places on my list to hit up soon.
