Been working on my pizza crust/flatbread. This is it! @kingarthurflour sourdough pizza crust recipe w a couple twist. Two tsp salt, two tbl sugar, two tbl olive oil, one tsp yeast. Let rise to double size, 2-4 hrs. Form disk and let rest 15 min, press/stretch out to oiled 16 inch pan. Paint crust w olive oil and lightly sprinkle garlic salt. Bake at 450 for 4-5 min. Paint w olive oil again. Spread sauce and toppings. Bake for 4-5 more min.
