This was super tasty dinner. Leeks, ginger, fennel and cabbage (a mix of red and white cabbage), sautéed in olive oil. Even hubby loved it, he had some crispy prosciutto next to it. I used to HATE salads with a passion. but then I discovered that they don’t have to be sad bowls of just romaine lettuce and spinach-they can be FUN! made a loaded bowl for dinner tonight and it was the best thing I’ve ever consumed deEATS: half of a @snapkitchen Greek salad (tomatoes, red bell peppers, olives, chickpeas, zucchini) topped with more snap grilled chicken and some air fryer sweet potatoes. eating the rainbow in style 😎 HAPPY MONDAY!! Im officially on my post season break and on the down hill of school. 2 more weeks, 2 more ap tests, and I’m a free woman! hope you all are having an amazing day!❤️
