Let’s keep this short, sweet, and to the point: the Oak Lawn location of Snooze opens at 3211 Oak Lawn Ave. (in the old Hypnotic Sushi space) this Wednesday. For those of you reading this on Tuesday, that’s tomorrow. For those of you reading this not on Tuesday, Snooze is open, ohmygosh! Anticipate a line.

This is the third Dallas-area location of the Colorado-based breakfast and lunch chain. There’s one in Addison and another off Walnut Hill. Oh, and one in Fort Worth. This is the first one near the city center, conveniently located in the prime hangover territory of Cedar Spings and Uptown.

People love this place. Something to do with the cheerful service and Pineapple Upside Down pancakes and Hollandaise sauce. (That link is a review, if you’re so inclined.) If you’re going on the weekend, however, be prepared to wait.

Okay, that’s all I got. Snooze is open daily from 6:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Happy eating. Have a lovely day. If you have a dog, tell her I say hello. Ta-ta.
