One of the best ways to scope out hot new restaurants and food trends in Dallas is by following area eaters, chefs, and food snobs on Instagram. We’re going to feature a handful of local ‘gramers each week on SideDish. Because it’s fun to see what other people are eating.

I was super excited about dining at Royal China after many, and I mean MANY, people told me to try this place! It’s apparently the best Chinese food in Dallas, and after eating there, I 100% agree! Everything is made in house… the dumplings, the noodles, it’s just incredible. The soup dumplings are a must order ~ a true delicacy of Shenhai! I’m so glad I finally tried this hidden gem. I’ll definitely be back next week🍜 #justdallasthings. – Ordered: Dumpling Sampler (pork, chicken, shrimp, vegetable), Soup Dumplings, Scallion Pancake, Egg Rolls, Hot & Sour Soup, Stir-Fried La Mian, Xiang Zao Pork Belly – Want to Try Next: Spring Rolls, Pork Belly Buns, Chive Pockets, Mongolian Beef, Shanghai Wonton Soup, Sesame Chicken

Sunday Funday 🌞😎⁣ ⁣ I started mine with a Bowl of Cinnamon Oats, Carmalized 🍌, 🍯 coated Pecans, Berries, Kiwi, a dash of Maple Syrup, and Almond milk float 🤤🤤⁣ ⁣ It's 58° in Frisco but the sun is out so actually Beautiful if you put a jacket on 😉 We decided to take advantage of it and start working on the backyard makeover. It's been empty since we moved in almost a year ago.⁣ Check my Story 😙⁣ ⁣ We've been on a roll doing little projects and decor around the house trying to make it look like Home. I'll keep sharing progress pictures in my Story but I can't wait to finish it and share it with you all 🙏⁣ ⁣ Funny how times change. In my twenties Sundays revolved around Friends, Brunch, and Mimosas; in my thirties Sundays revolve around Family, Brunch, Coffee! And Home improvement….but I wouldn't change it for anything. ⁣ ⁣ I hope you're enjoying your Sunday!⁣
