What was hot, hot, hot in the North Texas dining scene during March 1986? Juanita’s, a Mexican restaurant from New York. (Weird, I know.) Tangier, one of Dallas’ first Moroccan joints. And Cedars Village Cafe, a Lebanese restaurant located at the Green Oaks strip-mall in Arlington. Apparently their eggplant dip was the jam. Do you remember these places? Have a good story? I’d love to hear it.

Anyway, click the images below and take a step back in Dallas dining history.
