The Scoop: Terra Mediterranean Opens, Namo Offers Happy Hour, and More

Terra Mediterranean is now open at The Shops at Willow Bend: The menu offers hummus, salads, moussaka, gyros, saffron chicken, and a variety of meat and fish kabobs. According to the release:

During the day, the lunch buffet is loaded with traditional Mediterranean favorites while dinner features specialty items such as grilled sea bass, lamb chops, and oven-roasted trout. The combination of quality meats and seafood, fresh produce, legumes, olive oils, whole grains, and bold spices create authentic flavors that are distinctly delicious. Guests to the new location will be able to indulge in Terra’s new Happy Hour menu featuring a select bar menu, $1 off Beers, House Wine at $4, Sangria for $2 off and $5 House Mojitos every Monday to Friday, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m..

“We are thrilled to bring our Terra Mediterranean concept to The Shops at Willow Bend,” says Adam and Jalal, owners of Terra Mediterranean. “This new location is roughly 6,800-square-feet and will feature two patio areas, upstairs and down, and a large lounge area upstairs that will be perfect for a relaxing evening or that can be transformed for all types of events.”

Namo offers happy hour: Dallas’ newest handroll bar, is now offering social hour daily from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Take a look at the menu:

Scardello offers December classes: The gourmet cheese shop wants you to learn, and eat, things. One of their special, seasonal classes is called Holiday Decadence. There, you’ll taste four small production wines and over-the-top cheeses. Check out the full list of classes here.
