My mornings are usually filled with yoga, catching up on all business stuff, planning meals and posts, getting ready for the day, but they don’t include eating until noon-ish time (one less thing to think about). They include taking my #VitalReds (@gundrymd) and drinking black coffee though, also drinking as much water as possible (not that good at this stuff!). Today I really wanted a proper, nice looking, gourmet break-fast and I put this together in no time. Took one Brazilian cheese bread out of the freezer and warmed it on a pan, scrambled two eggs and added fresh oregano and oak smoked sea salt (@mvseasalt) I got from Martha’s Vineyard, one slice of Prosciutto di Parma split in two, and a huge green salad with EVOO and apple cider vinegar. The salad was much bigger than what you see in the picture, but I had to add it gradually to my plate because it wouldnt fit 😀. My husband and I are crazy about good coffee and are trying a new Ethiopian coffee now, @onyxcoffeelab and I absolutely loved it. ☕️ #plantparadox #theplantparadox #lectinfree #antiinflammatorydiet #braziliancheesebread #foodismedicine #guthealth #healthybreakfast #scrambledeggs #oreganoeggs #greensalad #dallasfoodie #onyxcoffeelab #craftedcoffee #healthyfoodie #healthyfoodshare #intermittentfasting
