Today in late-morning-meal news: Mirador is serving Saturday brunch.

The restaurant, located on the fourth floor of 1615 Main St., on top of Forty Five Ten, is rolling out a menu filled with fancy schmancy dishes. There is a house-made pastry board; French omelette wth caviar; bacon-buttermilk pancakes with house-made butter and candied pecans; and smoked trout salad with arugula, pickled beets, and charred fennel.

The cocktails, designed to help you shop better downstairs, include The Brunch Hound with gin, grapefruit, Aperol, and sparkling wine; rosé sangria with vodka, St. Germain, lemon, and peach; VT’s Pepper Smash with gin, green pepper, mint, lemon, and honey; and Bourbon & Clove with bourbon, pear brandy, and clove.

Brunch is served exclusively on Saturdays from 11 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
