We’ve Updated Our List of the 50 Best Restaurants In Dallas

Just in time for DFW Restaurant Week.

This week marks the beginning of DFW Restaurant Week. Call it a perfect storm. While we’re on the subject of all things culinary, we’ve updated our list of 50 Best Restaurants in Dallas.

You’ll find that the landscape has shifted slightly: we have new spots that reflect the dining we did for our recently published Best of Big D issue. And the dining we’ve done since the beginning of the year. Bruno Davaillon’s brasserie will mesmerize you in a space shaped and decked subtly like a bar of gold (Bullion). There’s sizzling satisfaction around the ember-fired grill at Koryo Kalbi in Old Koreatown and in the delicious takes on contemporary Mexican food at the new Cedars Social. Michelin-starred chef José Andrés’ Zaytinya may lure you to the Star in Frisco, with promises of braised lamb shank over lush eggplant whipped with kefalograviera cheese and endless rounds of fluffy pita. Others have fallen off the list to make room for the new.

Take a look at the best. Use it as an excuse to snag another Restaurant Week reservation bon marché … or plot for the reservation drought in September. And consider yourself very savvy.
