Three new food and beverage concepts will open in Victory Park later this year. They are: Jinya Ramen Bar, Sift + Pour, and Biagio Wine & Spirits.

According to the release:

Jinya Ramen Bar will be a high-energy neighborhood destination that provides a comfortable atmosphere for a quick bite or an evening out, featuring a lively cocktail bar and ample patio space. The kitchen will serve more than ten signature ramen recipes with 20-plus toppings and either vegetarian, chicken or porky tonkatsu broth. The menu will also include rice and curry bowls and a variety of Japanese-inspired small plates. Jinya Ramen Bar will debut in Dallas with a 3,000-square-foot location this winter at 625 High Market Road. Hours of operation will be 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday through Saturday.

Sift + Pour is a new bakery concept that will feature favorite sweet indulgences with a twist, like freshly made mini cupcakes, cake pops, brownies, macarons, and made-to-order sweet or savory crepes. Guests can enjoy treats with a refreshing beverage from the full espresso and tea bar or unwind with a glass of wine or beer. Sift + Pour Bakery will open its debut location in late 2018 at 2401 Victory Park Lane.

Biagio Wine & Spirits will offer a variety of the finest wine and liquor selections this fall at its approximately 2,600-square-foot location at 2404 Victory Park Lane. Hours of operation will be Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The food and drink expansion in Victory Park comes from retail partner Trademark Property Co. and owner Estein USA. The project includes 85,000 square feet of new retail space.
