CrushCraft Thai is expanding and will open its second location at The Star in Frisco. The fast-casual restaurant opened at The Quadrangle in Uptown in 2014. It was one of our best new restaurants that year.

According to the release:

The unique fast-casual featuring organic and locally sourced ingredients using classic cooking techniques, boasts a patio and full-bar at the Frisco address. With rotating seasonal cocktails and an all-local craft beer list, this “fresh-casual” restaurant brings a fun, neighborhood vibe to The Star.

The menu is refined yet still very approachable and affordable with entrees ranging from only $7-$10 along with affordable craft-made cocktails and an all-local craft beer selection.

Designed by Jones Baker, the intent was to create a vibrant open-air market feel to the space. Founder Jack Nuchkasem [says], “We also wanted to capture that earthy element of ‘using what you have’ yet maintaining sophistication in our design choices. The design has the element of being handcrafted, almost a lived-in vibe with strong vivid color schemes and tangible textured objects.”

Here is the menu:

The Frisco CrushCraft Thai opens on August 22. It’s located at 3675 Gaylord Pkwy. and is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. until midnight.
