One of the best ways to scope out hot new restaurants and food trends in Dallas is by following area eaters, chefs, and food snobs on Instagram. We’re going to feature a handful of local ‘gramers each week on SideDish. Because it’s fun to see what other people are eating.

Sundays are for PANCAKES and family time! Woke up this morning, went for a 6km interval run 🏃‍♀️ and been deciding between blueberry pancakes or caramelized banana pancakes with cinnamon maple glaze and toasted hazelnuts. The second one won because I just could not resist the taste of it. It was an absolute hit with my crew! Abi inhaled 3 pancakes like nobody’s business. Now, I’m making chicken Marsala for lunch as in laws came over and will just chill for the rest of the day. Have a wonderful Sunday my friends 😘😘😘 dEATs: @birchbenders traditional pancakes mix, one caramelized banana, toasted hazelnuts, hemp seeds and cinnamon maple glaze (maple syrup, little bit of butter and cinnamon, heat up). Decorated with fresh chamomile flowers . . . . . . . . . . . #pancakes#pancakesunday#pancakeday#pancakesforbreakfast#imwellandgood#missnewfoodie#easymeals#berrytogether#dallasfoodie#dfwfoodie#healthyfoodshare#eatrealfood#foods4thought#intuitiveeating#wholefoods#foodblogger#eatwell#nourishyourbody#goodmoodfood#foodphotography#realfood#kaylaitsines#chocolate#thenewhealthy#brinner#brunchclub#sundaybrunch#brunchlife#caramelizedbanana#hazelnuts

Making my own #plantparadox compliant birthday cake 🎂 was so much fun 😀. I’m not the best cake decorator, so I go with this messy style to hide my lack of skills 😂. I’m so happy I made the cake and took these pictures yesterday because today in Dallas is super dark. I’ll let y’all know later how it tasted 😊. I wanted to thank everyone for the amazing reactions, thoughtful comments and wishes to my posts yesterday. I am so grateful for this community, I feel is the best thing that happened to me this past year! Let’s stick around and make each other healthier, motivate, inspire and help each other, because we all need it. Much LOVE, Claudia 💙🤗🙏 #theplantparadox #plantparadoxdiet #lectinfreediet #lectinfree #guthealth #antiinflammatorydiet #foodismedicine #birthdaycake #carrotcake #sugarfree #grainfreeliving #romanianfoodie #dallasfoodie#healthyfoodie #healthyfoodshare #healthycake #thenewhealthy #healthylifestyle #healthyliving #foodphotography #texasfoodie #brainhealth #eatrealfood #glutenfreecake #sugarfreecake #grainfreecake
